Hire A Funfair provides everything you need for your event, whether it’s a public funfair or a private event, a corporate celebration day for hundreds of employees, a festival fairground for thousands of visitors or a wedding party for a handful of guests.

We go to extraordinary lengths to ensure you get the fun-filled event you want – no matter how sensitive or challenging the site. We have set up funfairs in city centres, in the grounds of historic listed buildings and in difficult-to-access rural locations. No fairground project is too challenging for our skilled and experienced team. Where grounds need to be protected, we can install rides by hand or crane, to avoid damaging pristine lawns or gardens. You can be sure that we will treat your site with the utmost respect, and clear everything away quickly and efficiently after the event.

What’s included in the funfair hire price?
The fee you pay for hiring funfair rides, attractions and stalls covers everything from planning and power supplies, to ride installation, operation and dismantling, as well as all risk assessments, insurance and health and safety checks.
Depending on the nature and scope of your event, we can provide extra services such as pre-site visits, site managers to oversee the rides (free if you book three or more large rides), health and safety consultants, stewarding and security services – as well as any infrastructure, such as trackways or barriers, you need to ensure the safe and smooth running of your event.
You can hire funfair rides for any period of time, from a few hours to several weeks. There are two ways of paying of your rides and attractions:
Single fee, unlimited rides
This is the most common way to pay. The fee you pay covers unlimited rides by any number of people for the duration of the hire period.
Rental fee or percentage of takings
Alternatively, for public events, we can supply rides for fare-paying customers. In this case, we will pay either a fixed rent or a percentage of the takings to the event organiser. This is often the way we work at large public festivals, carnivals, firework displays, charity events and city centre fairgrounds.
